Questions people actually ask
Know what happens before you press a key.
Does ClipSweep only work for gaming clips?
No. Gaming is the starting point, but ClipSweep can triage supported video files from phone, camera, GoPro, or archive folders too.
What counts toward the 100-decision trial?
A successful Keep, Star, Recycle Bin, or custom-folder move counts. Playback, seeking, skipping, navigation, and undo do not add another decision.
Can ClipSweep permanently delete a video?
No. There is no permanent-delete command. D sends the file to the Windows Recycle Bin, and ClipSweep never empties it.
Does it upload my videos?
No. Video contents, filenames, folder paths, and sorting history stay local. License validation and the update check use the network; the privacy page explains exactly what they send.
What happens after I buy?
Lemon Squeezy emails a lifetime license key. Open ClipSweep, choose Unlock, paste the key, and activate Full Edition in the same app.
Can I use one key on two computers?
Yes. One purchase activates up to two Windows devices. You can deactivate an old device before moving to another.
Is there a Mac or Linux version?
Not currently. ClipSweep 1.7.8 is Windows x64 only.
